God our Father, 我們的天父上帝
In good times 在景況好的時候
may I live in such a way 求祢使我變的強壯
that I will be strengthened 預備面對艱難的時刻
for the difficult times 是我們生命中都會遭遇的時刻
that all of us face in our lives.
Lead me now 主啊，求祢現在引領我
to make positive choices 做出正面的抉擇
to value friendship and loyalty, 去珍惜友誼與忠誠
and develop attitudes and values, 並且培養好的態度與價值觀
treasuring all that is lasting and important. 學會珍惜那永遠不衰、重要的事
Throughout difficult times 經歷艱難的景況時
may I build on 求祢使我倚靠
the positive choices of my past, 過去的積極抉擇
looking outward in the service of others, 向外看，把眼光放在服事他人身上
and avoiding self-pity. 而能避免自憐
May I grow in the faith 主求祢使我的信心成長
that, whatever my circumstances 使得無論景況如何
I need have no regrets 我都無須抱憾
but may entrust 而能夠將我的過去交託在祢的憐憫裡
my past to Your mercy,
my present to Your love, 將我的現在交託在祢的愛裡
And my future to Your Providence 也將我的未來交託在祢的供應裡
